Bloomberg Pursuits, a luxury lifestyle magazine, hosted an exclusive cocktail event at 737 Park Avenue this past month inside model residence 15E: a sprawling five-bedroom condominium with 11 gracious rooms across 4,382 square feet, and interior design by Jed Johnson Associates. Guests of the event were greeted by Ted Moncreif, editor of Bloomberg Pursuits, and Harry Macklowe, developer of 737 Park Avenue.

At the event, Macklowe discussed the precise attention to detail and exceptional creativity behind the conversion of the prewar building into luxury Upper East Side condominiums. Invitees were also granted an “exclusive first look” at the full-floor penthouse atop 737 Park Avenue, which is currently under construction. Cocktails were served on the penthouse’s 3,500 square foot roof deck where individuals enjoyed breathtaking views of the New York City skyline.
